Chet Patel
Chet has developed an impressive career in Advertising, Brand Strategy and Marketing. For the past 15 years, he’s worked within QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or the Fast Food industry, an area that has always fascinated him. He is now the Director of Marketing at Yum! Brands Pizza Hut Asia Pacific.
Massey University, Palmerston North campus is where it all started for Chet, he graduated with a Bachelor of Technology, with a major in Product Development in 1996 and believes this gave him the foundations for his future career. On reflection, Chet recalls - "it's not the skills you adopt, it's the strategic thinking and process you learn" - a process which can be applied to many roles and industries as shown by his great work history.
